We are incredibly sorry for not posting in so long. We have been active on our Instagram though, and are excited to announce that we have reached 1,412 followers!!! This is extremely exciting and just the beginning of our long journey. We definitely could not have done it without all of you fellow earth lovers. In the new year, we are starting fresh with more posts and more organization, in hopes of growing a greener and healthier world. We also want you all to be more involved with EMC and are trying to find ways to make that happen. We are working extremely hard on the website in the hopes of launching it sometime next month! Next week’s post will contain links to all of our social media.

Tips and Tricks- Ecosia
Ecosia is an incredible site that works exactly the same as google but the money made from it goes to plant trees. This is an absolutely free way to do something great for the earth. All you have to do is Search Ecosia or download the app. For every 45 searches, they plant 1 tree. They have currently planted (as of the time this is posted) over 93 million trees! Also, their servers run on 100% renewable energy. Every search request removes 1kg of CO2 from the atmosphere. So next time you search something make sure to open up Ecosia!

Tips And Tricks- Check Your Products!
Many people don’t think about the journey their shampoo or hand cream took before it ended up on supermarket shelves, but it’s definitely something to consider. While we’re all stuck inside it’s the perfect time to check your bathroom for products that use animal testing. If your product doesn’t have a cruelty free symbol, it was probably tested on an animal, which more often than not doesn’t end well. It’s estimated that over 100 million animals die each year from these cruel and surprisingly not illegal practices. Every time you buy a product that uses animal testing, you’re casting your vote towards the mistreatment of countless animals. So please, the next time you're at the store, check for one of these symbols.
